All interior timber is coated with linseed oil – won’t need future treatment

External timbers are treated with linseed oil and a wood preserver in a brown hue – green optional

Windows and doors are standard household UPVC in light oak

Doors have 5 point lock system – windows 3 point lock system

(Doors are optional with regards to glass setup)

Commercial grade laminate – hard wearing, anti scratch, water resistant

All electrics are certified – all electrics will need to be recertified once pods are situated on site

All electrical faces (sockets switches) brushed stainless steel, 2 double sockets, Double light

switch, Inside and porch, 2 single light switches for both shower rooms

5x 500mm kitchen units with work top and sink

2x 11kw instantaneous hot water heater or gas boiler

All LED lighting inside and out – Optional lighting (location, spotlights or hanging ceiling rose)
